When you auger grain, seed, feed, or fertilizer into a bin, your intention is to eventually take it out. That plan can get foiled when materials are trapped in corrugations or hung up on bolts.  

Flaman carries a selection of fertilizer and multi-purpose smoothwall bins from Meridian and AGI Westeel. Each one is designed to help you extract every grain of your commodities and every ounce of your fertilizer. 

Features like seamless joints, smooth interior epoxy coating, slip additives, and steep hopper cone angles enhance the flow of your stored materials. This greatly reduces the risk of materials being stuck along the way, potentially creating spoilage and contamination. Our smoothwall bins are self-cleaning and designed for safe unload.

These bins are as solid on the outside as they are smooth inside – pre-welded and inspected. Heavy-duty construction and durable powder coat give our smoothwall bins the durability to stand up to weather extremes for years. 

Features include remote controlled vented top lids, side wall and top roof ladders, rack and pinion side gates, and 40-degree bottom slopes. Our manufacturers offer options like auger boots, safety cages, and LevALERT Indicators to show how full your bin is. 

Our Meridian line of smoothwall bins is built to handle a wide variety of granular commodities, including sand and coal. Optional specialty bins include feed bins for dairy and poultry production, SeedMax bins for long-term protection of your seed stock, liquid hopper bins for safe storage of liquid fertilizers, herbicides, and other agricultural and industrial liquids. Steep cone bins enhance easy cleanout and efficient discharge. 

Our AGI Westeel line of Magnum line includes the Magnum-F series of smoothwall hopper bins, specifically designed to safely hold up to 260 tonnes of fertilizer, grain or seed. The Magnum-G series stores up to 7,434 bushels of grain, seed, or feed. Both series feature advanced finish processes that promote ease of use and protection from weather and corrosion.
