Perforated Screen Types

Flaman carries various types of perforated material screens for your grain cleaner, including:

• Aluminum Frames
• Woven mesh screens are also available by special order. We can make these screens in various sizes: the diameter of the wire and the opening between the wires is all custom braided based on our customers’ needs. You can also choose the type of material – some examples include brass, stainless steel and carbon steel. With woven mesh you get more open area and a longer screen life. These are typically used for fine seeds and very small seeds.

Aluminum & Wood Frames

Aluminum frames are designed for added durability and extended life. We also carry hardwood-framed screens for many air-screen grain cleaner models. These frames are handmade in our Saskatoon store and can be custom-built to the size you need. With over 15 years in the screen industry, we professionally manufacture these frames to suit your specific machine.

We carry frames for most air-screen grain cleaner models, including Bench, Clipper, Crippen, Garratt, Northland, Superior, Westrup, Cimbria, BM & M, Forever, and Gjesdal, plus frames custom built to your specifications.
